Step 1: Create an A Record with your DNS provider to point to the following PrimeVOX IP.
We recommend a subdomain like "pbx.domain.com" or "voice.domain.com", essentially anything that is dedicated for your customers to log into the phone system.
Step 2: Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org telling us what your new A Record is.
Step 3: A PrimeVOX technician will set up your domain and your SSL for you, and will update the ticket when the tasks are complete. At that point, your customers can access the phone system using your custom URL.
